Facebook as a media can be helpful at times, you can find long lost friends and connect to far away family members, chat with people who have common interests or even you can “Make A Page” to advertise a company that you want to start up and gain publicity, also to network with other business owners. Facebook as a media can be irritating at times when it comes fact checking some people are not very diligent and miss-information can be spread. Other times people on Facebook social media can over share about their personal life. When you tend to overs-hare it is open to the public and outside people can feel like that have a right to give an opinion about your personal situations that were made public. Another way Facebook social media can become irritating is when certain people start bullying each other or start making fake profiles to possibly harass other Facebook users. Another way Facebook can becoming a deterring social network site is when people learned about the privacy changes that seem to happen every so often, if you do not update your profile, outsiders can view your personal information and gain insight knowledge about your life.
